When you sign up for an account, you provide your name and contact details (including email address). We need this to:
- maintain our own accounts, and for billing
- enable us to answer your queries
- alert you of new updates to the service
About Cookies
Cookies are small text files containing small amounts of data when you navigate around the service. In order to login to DeckBooks, we need to store a temporary ‘cookie’ in your internet browser. This automatically expires after 2 hours of inactivity, or you can delete it by logging out of DeckBooks.
The cookies contain no personal information about you, and are only used to store your login.
Credit Card Information
Once your 14-day free trial is over, you need to provide payment details to start your subscription and continue using the service. This information is passed directly to our payment service provider (Sage Pay – www.sagepay.com) over an encrypted connection and is never stored on our system.
